Why use TotoPDF PowerPoint to PDF?

One slide, one page

Slides keep their aspect ratio, layout, images and charts.

Easy handouts

PDF decks are perfect for emailing, printing and uploading to learning platforms.

Old and new formats

Converts PPTX, legacy PPT and OpenDocument ODP files.

Auto-deleted

Presentations are uploaded over HTTPS and removed automatically after conversion.

Sharing presentations the reliable way

Sending a PPTX means trusting that the recipient has the same fonts and software. A PDF guarantees that every slide looks as designed, opens on phones and can be printed as handouts.

After converting, you can compress heavy decks full of photos, watermark drafts as CONFIDENTIAL, or password-protect the file before sharing.

Before converting

Check that videos and animations are not essential to your message, because a PDF shows each slide in its final static state. If you use unusual brand fonts, embed them in PowerPoint (File → Options → Save → Embed fonts) so the PDF matches your design exactly. Hidden slides are not exported, so unhide any you want to include. The whole conversion takes only a few seconds for a typical deck.

Frequently asked questions

No. A PDF is static, so each slide is saved in its final state without animations or videos.

The PDF contains the slides only; speaker notes are not exported.

If a font used in the deck is not available on the server, a similar font is substituted. Embedding fonts in PowerPoint avoids this.
