Why use TotoPDF Extract PDF Pages?

Visual page picker

Thumbnails make it easy to spot the right pages, with quick select-all, odd and even buttons.

Type ranges instead

Know the page numbers already? Enter them directly and skip the clicking.

Original stays untouched

Extraction creates a new document; your source file is never modified.

Runs offline in the browser

Pages are copied locally with pdf-lib, keeping private documents on your device.

When to extract pages

Extracting is perfect when a colleague only needs part of a large document: send the three relevant pages of a contract instead of the full 80-page file. It also helps you prepare uploads for portals that limit file size or page count.

If you want to reorder pages at the same time, Rearrange PDF Pages gives you full drag-and-drop control. To break the whole file into many parts, use Split PDF.

Good to know

Selected pages are always saved in their original document order, even if you clicked them in a different sequence. If you need a custom order, extract first and then rearrange. Extraction works on password-protected files too, as long as you can enter the password when asked, and the new file is usually much smaller than the original because only the resources used by the chosen pages are kept.
