2. Conversion and OCR accuracy
Converting between formats (for example PDF to Word or Excel) and optical character recognition (OCR) are inherently approximate. Layout, fonts, tables and scanned text may not be reproduced exactly. Always review converted documents before using them for legal, financial, medical or other important purposes.
3. Security tools
Password protection uses strong encryption (AES-256), but its strength depends on the password you choose. Redact PDF permanently removes the content under redaction boxes by rasterising affected pages; check the result before sharing. No security measure is absolute.
4. AI features
AI summaries and translations are generated automatically and may contain mistakes or omissions. They are not professional advice and should be checked against the original document.
5. Keep your originals
Files are deleted automatically after processing. Keep your own copies of original documents; we cannot recover deleted files.
