Getting great PDFs from spreadsheets

Spreadsheets do not have pages, so the print settings saved in the workbook decide how the PDF looks. Set the print area, orientation and scaling in Excel before converting for a predictable result.

CSV files

A CSV file has no formatting at all, so TotoPDF lays it out as a clean table with a header row and repeats readable column widths across pages. This is a fast way to turn exported data from accounting software, online shops or databases into a report you can print or attach to an email. For very wide CSV files, choose a landscape layout before converting so more columns fit on each page.
